Hey tomater, sorry I am always late with these comments but here goes. So first of all this is an awesome drawing and the composition is by far the coolest of all your works. The face is amazing, it has a cartoony look but also has some realistic elements which makes for a very nice combination. I think the ear could use a little more work I think, but not too much because it would take away from the rest of the face. Also I think the teeth could be a little more defined. I think it would help make him look like he is really singing his heart out and not worried about looking good. I have a little bit of a problem with the elbow being a bit silly looking. It seems a bit like a Stretch Armstrong arm and it just sort or curves instead of bends. Also that shadow under the elbow needs a little more work. Shadows need love too you know. I think one of the things that really makes this piece great though, is that vein on his neck, its so cool and not too big or small, as little red would say, just right. The eyes are just perfect so good job on that Also I love how you did the little fuzzy hair, it is very believable. Anyway, favorites for this one, and nice job as always tomater. You improve on each piece you do.

I didn't read all the comments so I may repeat others.
The ear looks odd in some way. the neck is way too large, I don't know if the reference is like that, I could see it, my browser says it's forbidden. anyway, It looks weird that It's that thick.
the drawing itself is very well done, I like how you made the hair (as said above).
Perhaps a darker background would have been more suitable?
Anyway, whatever I say, this stay a great drawing!

well yeah i wasnt sure about the neck, the reference really looks like that! i thought i could make it thinner anyways, so it doesnt look so wrong, but i didnt because i never got it very good looking.
it was also because in the reference there are many dark parts i couldnt make that dark.
I also thought about a darker background, but i was afraid it will end up like the shadow in the lower left corner, very stroky and all. so i thought i'd better stick with a bright bg

I think the composition works excellent,
dynamic.

MY two cents would be that I think the image would
could benefit from a dark (black) background, instead of white/grey.
It gives more power to th main subject and those white parts would really
lighten up.

Anyway, keep it up
